Returns, exchanges and cancellations
The order has been cancelled.
Please carefully check the size, color, quantity, consignee, delivery address and other information before payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. Note: If you cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, a 20% order processing fee of the order amount will be charged. After placing your order, if you think the product size may not be suitable for you or you would like to change to another style, please contact our customer service representative by sending an email to jcstyleclothing09@gmail.com. Our customer service representative will reply to your email within 24 hours. Please note that if there are price differences among the changed styles, we will charge a fee or offer a refund depending on the situation. We suggest that you try not to choose products with a price difference of more than one dollar to avoid price differences. We will be very disappointed if you are not one hundred percent satisfied with the goods you have received. Please read the following return policy: If you think a certain item is not suitable for you, you can contact us for a return within 7 (7) days after receiving the item. 2. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: bikinis, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and underwear. 3. The returned items must be original, unused and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any form will not be returned. Items returned without contacting our customer service representative will not be accepted. Please note that the address on the packing list is not our delivery address. Items sent there will not be returned. 5. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 6. We will process your refund after receiving the package you returned. For customers who made the payment via PayPal, your refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving the package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving the package. 7. If the returned items are transported internationally, please mark "Returned" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees for returning packages. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed in the same payment manner as the original purchase. If the product or packaging is found to have been used or damaged, we will notify the buyer and reserve the right to deduct any depreciation when making a refund. 8. The customer only needs to pay the shipping fee once (including returns). Returns do not require replenishment. We are glad to accept returns within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please handle your return according to the following process: Send us a request through your account and contact our customer service representative. If you think a certain item is not suitable for you, you can contact us to request a return within 7(7) days after receiving the item.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: bikinis, tight bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and underwear.

Logistics policy
We attach great importance to ensuring your items are delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the delivery address you choose, the inventory availability of the items, and the time when you place your order.
"Processing"
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare for shipment of your goods. The project may take 5 to 10 working days to process. Although we strive to ensure that your order is ready for shipment as soon as possible, due to low inventory levels, some items may take longer to process. In this case, we will notify you of the delay via email.
Transportation time
The standard delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 days, but delays may occur. The specific delivery time is subject to the local post office's delivery arrangement.
In some countries, the delivery time may be longer, possibly taking 12 to 20 days.
Note: The delivery time is calculated after the order is issued, not after the order is placed.
Shipping
Free delivery is available for orders over 65 US dollars. If conditions permit, you can choose a Courier service that incurs additional charges.
When choosing a Courier company, according to the transportation regulations, specific address information (including street/block, city, province/state, country, postal code, name, and phone number) needs to be provided in English.
Order status
After placing your order, we will update the status of your order via email.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email, which will contain a summary of your order as well as your delivery and billing details.
Shipment confirmation
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your items have left our warehouse. The email contains detailed information about the goods and the waybill number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that shipping companies sometimes take 48 hours to update shipping status, and sometimes even longer. Your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be divided into different packages and dispatched on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each batch of goods.
Please note
Due to the customer's personal reasons (customs clearance, incorrect address, inability to deliver, wrong phone number), the package was not claimed within the specified time, resulting in damage to the package. When the buyer authorizes the package to be placed at the door, neighbor's location, etc., we are not responsible for the loss or theft of the package, nor do we accept refunds for subsequent delivery and handling.
Due to international transportation, some packages may be inspected at the local customs upon arrival and may incur tariffs. Therefore, buyers need to pay attention to the notices issued by the local customs. Customs duties are collected by the local customs. The seller has no right to charge the buyer any customs duties.
If the package cannot be delivered smoothly due to the buyer's failure to pay the customs duties, the seller will not be held responsible and we will not accept any refund requests.
