We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returns are subject to certain conditions. Your goods must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn or unused, labeled and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on the delivery method and location of the package. We do not accept goods that are returned directly without applying for a return.

Damage and problems
Please check the goods in your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged or sent wrongly, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptional/Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized products) and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gas products. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.

Exchange goods
The fastest way to ensure obtaining the required goods is to return them and purchase new items when the returns are accepted.

The EU has a 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without reason. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn or unused, labeled and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and handle the refund.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
