Return and exchange cancellation policy

Returns, exchanges and cancellations The order has been cancelled. Please carefully check the size, color, quantity, consignee, delivery address and other information before payment. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: bikinis, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and underwear. 3. The returned items must be original, unused and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any form will not be returned. Items returned without contacting our customer service representative will not be accepted. Please note that the address on the packing list is not our delivery address. Items sent there will not be returned. 5. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 6. We will process your refund after receiving the package you returned. For customers who made the payment via PayPal, your refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving the package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving the package. 7. If the returned items are transported internationally, please mark "Returned" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees for returning packages. Logistics policy

We attach great importance to ensuring your items are delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the delivery address you choose, the inventory availability of the items, and the time when you place your order. Shipment confirmation After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your items have left our warehouse. The email contains detailed information about the goods and the waybill number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that shipping companies sometimes take 48 hours to update shipping status, and sometimes even longer. Your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be divided into different packages and dispatched on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each batch of goods. Please note Due to the customer's personal reasons (customs clearance, incorrect address, inability to deliver, wrong phone number), the package was not claimed within the specified time, resulting in damage to the package.
